Those who are expert in sketching, they have great potential to become a Tattoo Artist, That does not mean if you know how to sketch means you can be a Tattoo artist. There are many other factors connected with Tattoo and Tattoo art to understand the art form and its development. But to understand, how the pencil works on paper, it's depth and delicacy over shades and lines, can describe tattooing similarly.
